Effective August 1, 2001, the FCC directed carriers to cancel their tariffs governing long distance and international services. The Customer Service Agreement below, which details the terms and conditions, including limitation of liability, will now govern your long distance and international services with Broadview Networks. Service descriptions and rates, which were previously in the federal tariffs, are also listed below. These changes do not affect your rates, or term commitment, if any.
